E&E provides individual, group, and Tele Counseling for individuals with disabilities. Our Vocational Counseling is designed to identify specific needs of each counselor.  This process is designed to build a working relationship with each client for developing an individualized plan for employment, finding employment, and identifying employment educational barriers such as adjustment to disability, transportation, functional limitations, etc.
