Job Retention Training

Job Retention service will assist clients in retaining employment via instructional activities. Clients will learn how to effectively communicate with their supervisors, develop appropriate interpersonal skills and behaviors. Clients will also learn how to identify and articulate their functional limitations, appropriately request for reasonable accommodations and clients will understand the role of Human Resources team in the process.  Clients will also learn how to utilize their employer’s policies and employee benefits to maintain employment: FMLA, EAP, Short and Long term disability, etc.
