E&E offers professional assistive technology evaluations for special accommodations that enable individuals with blindness or low vision to perform effectively and efficiently in work environments. This process identifies environmental barriers, assesses limitations and develops compensatory strategies for completing job duties. We utilize a multisensory approach for implementing solutions to work place barriers. We collaborate with human resources, information technology (IT) professionals, vocational rehabilitation agencies and other entities for the purpose of securing, maintaining and retaining employment.
