We offer Comprehensive Needs Analysis to determine the needs of the job, including
identifying essential duties of a position, marginal duties, tasks, projects, portability of work, etc.
In conjunction with assessing the needs of the employee, including residual functioning, job
performance and production level, we then compare the two and identify reasonable
accommodations to remove barriers.
